Property Management at Moonah Links
For Landlords/Investors

Coupers Realty currently manages for investors over sixty properties on Moonah Links including apartments and houses.
If you are in need of a professional service to manage your investment property we can help.

The first thing we do is find the right permanent tenant, short term renter or casual holiday letter for your property through marketing, referral or personal contacts and a stringent selection process.  Our ongoing management of your property includes rent collection, rent reviews, property inspections, organising repairs and maintenance and inspection of same, preparing monthly and end of financial year statements for you and your accountant or financial advisor.

For more information about rental payments, rent reviews, inspections, repairs and maintenance or EOFY statements, please email us.

Other management services for property owners:  Coupers 'take care' of properties for owners living overseas who visit Moonah Links occasionally and for those wanting peace of mind, knowing the property is being looked after while away on vacation.

Moonah Links Property Services

For Residents and Owners In Need of Property Services
Coupers Realty (Moonah Links Property) offer residents and owners within Moonah Links these same property services we provide to our Landlords.
These services include repairs, maintenance, construction and renovation and are undertaken by local skilled pros/experts and other reliable small business operators.

How It Works

  1. You contact John (0411 884 641) or Jan (0403 805 306) to request a recommendation for a particular task/job or ongoing maintenance.
  2. If necessary, just as we do for our landlords, before any deal is done to contact/hire help, John and/or Jan inspect at the location the type of maintenance /repair/ renovation/ construction that will be undertaken at the property.
This enables them to be knowledgeable about the requirements for the job before contacting any prospective providers.
  3. The providers will contact you to arrange an inspection/appointment/quote and will invoice you for the job. You pay the operator.
