Here one can enjoy the tranquillity of this setting in Old Tom Morris Lane at Moonah Links and take advantage of the property’s proximity to the surrounding attractions e.g. entry to the Peninsula Hot Springs at the front gate, the surrounding golf courses (Moonah Links, The Dunes, St Andrew’s Beach), minutes from Bay and ocean beaches, short drive to the wineries and shopping areas.

Enjoy the naturally beautiful surrounding environment overlooking the Open Course and beyond from the covered alfresco dining area, the spa and plunge pool or the sit back on the garden deck to enjoy the magnificent sunsets.

This holiday home is in a gated residential precinct and sleeps a maximum of 7/8 persons.  It is not suitable for small children. It is not a “party house” being in this quiet residential precinct at Moonah Links.

Parking for 4/5 vehicles on site. No additional parking is available.

There is great separation in this expansive, four bedroom, light-filled resort home. On the entry level are:

  • The spacious open plan living/dining area (with two living areas) all tastefully furnished and the well-equipped kitchen – all of which enjoy views to the golf course and open to outdoor living spaces;
  • The outdoor living area includes a covered dining area, gas bbq, separate toilet, spa and plunge pool, lawned terrace and gazebo
  • The Main Bedroom with pleasant green views, a luxurious en-suite with bath tub and walk-in-robe;
  • Internal access to the two-car garage; laundry.

The upper level contains:

  • Additional bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms with Queen-sized beds; a single bedroom with King-single bed, an additional floor mattress if required and desk;
  • TV lounge
  • Second bathroom with luxurious bath tub and showering.
